- Turn inside out and machine wash on cold delicate cycle in a laundry bag
- Lay flat to air dry, do not machine dry
- Hand-washing will extend the life of the knee brace
- Whenever not in use, or during washing, ensure all velcro tabs are secured to their straps, not hanging loose or attached to the knit, which can snag and cause runs in the fabric
Durability is obviously important – it's one of the top factors we consider when designing our products.
That being said, our knee supports are not knee pads.
They are designed and tested to withstand at least a full volleyball season at the highest collegiate level for men and women.
We have conducted dozens of case studies with various college volleyball and basketball athletes over the course of their season. We found that our knee supports were able to withstand the intense environment that the highest levels of sport can put on equipment. We also found that simply wearing a knee pad on top of the knee support was enough to completely eliminate any tears or rips for all athletes.
Therefore, for athletes who insist on an aggressively sliding on their knees, we recommend wearing a knee pad on top to ensure a tear-free experience.
Normal wear & tear to the main fabric is no longer covered under our warranty.

I was initially excited about this knee brace because it seemed like a great option as I’m returning to activity following a year of recovery from a patellar tendon injury. Unfortunately, I ended up feeling underwhelmed by both the fit and overall performance.
The fit was not ideal. The thigh portion was very tight and caused a lot of rubbing, while the lower portion of the brace near the upper calf was extremely loose. I took measurements before ordering, and based on the size chart, an XL appeared to be the correct size. While the thigh did fit snugly, the looseness at the bottom made the brace feel unsupportive and ugly.
Additionally, the patellar strap felt ineffective. Due to the padding around the knee and the looseness of the lower portion of the brace, the strap did not make proper contact with my patellar tendon and sat closer to my shin than the patellar tendon.
I’m 6’4” and XL is my typical size in any other brace but It just didn’t work out this time.
I emailed Jumplete a couple days ago requesting a return and am still waiting for a reply.
My son loves this brace. Did have some trouble with a respinse for a warranty issue (like waited almost a month to hear from them). But within a half day of posting here they apologized and the warranty item has been sent. My Son has 3 of these braces and only 1 needed warranty the other 2 appear to be holding up. He plays a lot of vball so I like to have a back up for washing or if something should happen.
Carry me through a tournament!!
Let me start by saying that out of all the knee support products I’ve bought and used over the years, these are easily the best. I rotate between the OG version and the 2.0.
My rating is based mainly on comfort and ventilation/breathability:
Durability: 10/10
Support: 10/10
Comfort: 6/10
Ventilation: 5/10
After a couple of hours of gameplay, I’ve noticed that the area around the silicone—right over the knee—gets quite sweaty, as does the back of the knee. I don’t mind the moisture up front since that silicone is doing its job protecting the patella. The back of the knee, though, is where it loses points. It’s supposed to be the most ventilated area, but once moisture builds up, the seam running down the middle starts to irritate my skin.
I don’t have this issue with the OG version, but with the 2.0 it becomes uncomfortable after a while. To be fair, it’s expected to sweat when you’re moving around, but I think the seam placement makes the irritation worse.
Overall, I still recommend the product and would purchase it again. My only suggestion would be to redesign the sleeve so that the seam doesn’t sit directly behind the knee where the skin folds and moisture collects.
I've been playing volleyball for over 20 years and this is one of the best feeling brace ive used when it comes to support. Only reason its 4 stars is i made 1 defensive move and the stitching frayed a little.
The fitment is spot on but i wish the velcro is applicable for both legs not just limited to the right side only. I ruined the fabric not knowing that there is a velcro patch for the right side of the leg but i use it for my left leg
This is the best knee support I’ve used. I have patella tendinitis and this helps so much while I’m playing volleyball and makes the recovery thereafter easier and take less time.
I really like this knee brace, gives good support, and helps me play without out pain.
