Turn inside out and machine wash on cold delicate cycle in a laundry bag
Lay flat to air dry, do not machine dry
Hand-washing will extend the life of the knee brace
Whenever not in use, or during washing, ensure all velcro tabs are secured to their straps, not hanging loose or attached to the knit, which can snag and cause runs in the fabric

No knee pain after practice!

My daughter usually comes home with knee pain the day after practice. It was her first time trying out the knee support instead of KT tape to her practice last night. No knee pain today! :)

Great price on shop. This is the 2nd one I've bought for my son. Over time he said its not as stiff, not providing as much support. But I guess thats expected after months of constant use.
