We only produce premium quality gear and apparel that is game-tested for athletes.
What this means for you is that you’ll be receiving superior quality products compared to the rest.
We put our money where our mouth is.
While the industry standard is a 30 day limited warranty, we go above and beyond by offering a generous 1 year warranty which is unheard of in the industry.
What this means for you is that if anything goes wrong with your knee brace or gear during regular use, you will be covered for a replacement for up to a year.
Equipment which is cosmetically damaged due to normal use, or purposefully damaging etc. will not be eligible for complimentary replacements. Damage from normal diving is not typically covered. We recommend wearing a knee pad on top if rough knee diving is unavoidable.
We reserve the right to determine if your damaged item(s) is covered under warranty. Each case will be evaluated carefully by our team in order to determine the outcome of the solution provided to you.
If your items aren’t covered under our warranty for any reason, we are able to provide you with a replacement at a reduced fee wherever applicable.

We are aware of patella strap breakage (on Attakk) during normal use. This is due to inadvertent exposure to extreme temperatures. Future production runs have been corrected to account for this issue. All velcro + patella strap issues are covered under warranty.
Return Labels Included
All US orders on equipment products and socks over $50 include a complimentary exchange label. Send us an email with your order number info@jumplete.com and we'll handle it – just send your product back within 14 days of when it gets to you, it's that easy. We will issue store credit.
Exchange Info for Wrong Size
If you find that you're gear is too big or too small, no prob. Send it back with your prepaid exchange label and send us an email info@jumplete.com
In order to be eligible for this type of a exchange, you'll need to initiate the exchange within 14 days of arrival. Email us at info@jumplete.com or reply to your order confirmation email to initiate the exchange. Valid only in the US & Canada.
Once we receive your item we will issue a full store credit to your email which you can use for another size.
Return Info for Defective Upon Arrival Items
We always strive to provide the highest quality product before it leaves us. While it is very uncommon, some damages may occur during the shipping process.
If your item arrives damaged for whatever reason, we are happy to issue a store credit free of charge. In order to be eligible for this type of a return, you need to request a review of your case within 14 days of arrival, otherwise your items will not be considered as defective upon arrival.

Return Info for Change of Mind
If you would like to return your items because you've changed your mind about the purchase, that's cool! Returns in these scenarios will only be accepted within 14 days of receiving the products. Returns will be issued as store credit.
All items must be shipped back in their original condition with all parts and packaging. Failure to send items back in their original condition and packaging are subject to a $20 restocking fee.
