Where can I try/buy Jumplete in person?

We've partnered with Dick's Sporting Goods to bring you Jumplete both through their website and in-person stores. Find a location near you here.

How do I track my order?

When you place your order, we aim to ship it out within 1 business day.  Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification and tracking number through email or SMS. Rarely, these emails can get lost in spam.

How long until my order arrives?

We ship orders from both the US & Canada for fast, 2-5 day (always duty-free to US & Canada) delivery via FedEx, USPS, Purolator, or UPS. Normally, your order will arrive well within a week from the day you placed the order. 

For express, we ship via UPS, USPS, FedEx, or DHL and we aim for a 1-3 day delivery.
For international orders outside the US & Canada, it varies due to local postal services.

What if I have a PO Box?

No prob! We'll make sure we use USPS or Canada Post.

When will you be restocking?

Products are constantly being tweaked and improved – only then are they restocked. For J-Shorts, colorways are limited release only!

When will you be releasing new products?

We have awesome new and improved products coming Winter 2024! Get early access and discounts by following us on Instagram here.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Free shipping to countries that aren’t the US or Canada do not come with tracking. For tracking, select express international shipping. Free shipping is not valid for clothing items outside of North America. All North America orders and shipping methods are fully tracked and valid on all orders.

What packaging do you use?

We use a 100% biodegradable mailers.

Is your website secure with my personal information?

We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted and we do not store your credit card information. Your check out information will only be used for the purchase itself. Your credit card information will not be stored.

Do you provide a quality guarantee for your knee equipment?

Absolutely! If you don't totally enjoy your knee gear or receive damaged gear, contact us immediately here! We do all we can to ensure you receive a quality products.

We are aware of patella strap breakage (on Attakk) during normal use. This is due to inadvertent exposure to extreme temperatures. Future production runs have been corrected to account for this issue. All velcro + patella strap issues are covered under warranty.

Where is Jumplete located?

We are headquartered in the heart of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. We also have a warehouse in Sweet Grass, Montana where US orders ship from. All orders are packed and shipped in-house.
